How to execute Standing Barbell Curls.
To do Standing Barbell Curls, Begin Standing tall with your feet about hip-width apart.
- Hold one dumbbell in each hand. Keep your upper arms stable and shoulders relaxed, then curl the barbell up to shoulder level.
- Squeeze your biceps hard at the top, then slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position.
- Make sure to keep your chest up and your elbows tight to your sides.
